Brand truth

Brand Brain: one source of truth for every agent.

Your voice, offers, proof, pricing, colours, logo and real product visuals live in one place. MarketiQ assembles them into a truth pack that every writer, designer and reviewer works from. Nothing in it is generated, and every gap is named.

What the agents do

From your brand to every draft.

  1. Brand Brain

    Describe your brand

Colours, logo, value proposition, mission, content pillars, keywords, voice, audience and pricing: nine dimensions with a completeness score.

  2. Catalog

    Add products and proof

Products and prices come from your catalog. Proof comes only from consented customer stories, public reviews in customers’ own words and claims a person approved.

  3. Visual Kit

    Capture your website

The Visual Kit screenshots your home, product, feature, pricing and portfolio pages on desktop and phone, refreshes them weekly, and lets you approve or remove each capture.

  4. Desktop app

    Add signed-in app screens

For screens behind a login, an owner or admin consents and the desktop app captures them in their own session, hiding private areas. Nothing is used until it is reviewed.

  5. Truth pack

    Assemble the truth pack

Offerings, proof points, approved and banned claims, objections, differentiators, competitors, pillars, lead magnets and real visuals, each with its source, and every empty area listed as a gap.

  6. Writers · Creative Director · Vera

Every agent reads the same pack

Writers draft from it, the Creative Director fills formats from it and Vera audits against it, so a fact changed once changes everywhere.

What you control

Rules the agents can’t talk their way around.

  • Approved claims only

Numbers and superlatives reach copy only from claims a person approved. Drafted messaging can shape positioning but never adds a number.

  • Banned and withdrawn claims

List claims that must never appear; Vera rejects a post that uses one.

  • Price discipline

A price appears only where your catalog price is fresh or a person approved it. Without one, copy is told to say nothing about price.

  • A versioned visual kit

Colours, fonts, logos and templates are versioned. Editors draft, owners and admins approve, and a kit with errors can never be approved.

  • Review every capture

Approve or remove each website capture and app screen. Unapproved app screens are visible only to owners and admins.

  • Sub-brands

Keep a separate kit per sub-brand; a sub-brand scope never grants rights over the main brand.

Key capabilities

Facts that stay true everywhere.

  • A brand voice fingerprint

A style fingerprint from your past content and voice settings scores new drafts for consistency, with no randomness.

  • Gaps you can see

The truth pack names every missing area, such as proof or pricing, and the War Room’s setup checklist points you to it.

  • Fresh by design

A change to any source refreshes the pack for every agent, and a pack with a failed source is never served when fresh facts can be read.

  • Business type

What you sell and how you sell it, read from your brand records and website or set by you in Brand Brain. The Creative Director offers only the formats that fit it.

  • Photo-led or graphic-led

MarketiQ reads your industry and description to tell whether you sell with photographs (food, hospitality, retail, local services, property) or designed graphics (software and services).

  • Real visuals for creatives

Approved captures are the real screens and pages device mockups and product showcases place, and the Creative Director prefers them.

What is the Brand Brain?

It is where your brand’s facts and visuals live in MarketiQ: voice, offers, audience, pillars, pricing, logo, colours and real product visuals. MarketiQ combines it with your catalog and approved proof into a truth pack every agent works from.

What is a truth pack?

A truth pack is the single set of product facts every MarketiQ writer and reviewer grounds in: offerings with features, outcomes, price and proof, approved and banned claims, objections, differentiators, competitors and real visuals. Each fact keeps its source, and nothing in it is generated.

What if my Brand Brain is incomplete?

The agents say less instead of guessing. Missing areas are listed as gaps — without an approved price, for example, copy says nothing about price — and the War Room’s setup checklist shows what to fill in next.

Are signed-in app screenshots safe?

They are opt-in. An owner or admin chooses pages on your own product domains and accepts a consent notice; capture runs in their own desktop session with private areas hidden, and every capture waits for review before a creative can use it.

How does MarketiQ know whether my business needs photos?

It reads your industry, category and description. Events, food and hospitality, property, retail and physical products, personal and local services, travel and agriculture are treated as photo-led; software, fintech, agencies and similar businesses are graphic-led.
