All purchases are final. AI credits are provisioned to your account the moment payment succeeds — once allotted, they cannot be refunded.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of MarketiQ AI subscriptions and services made through marketiqgpt.com, operated by Trayarunya Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a subscription or any paid service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
MarketiQ AI is a digital service. Every paid plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits that power research, strategy, content generation, image creation, publishing, and optimization. These credits are provisioned to your account immediately upon successful payment.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and AI credits are allotted to your account, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — in whole or in part — for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused or partially used AI credits at the end of a billing cycle.
- Dissatisfaction with generated content or campaign outcomes.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
- Changes in your business needs or circumstances.
- Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle.
AI credits represent immediate access to computational resources (frontier AI models, image generation, data enrichment, and publishing infrastructure) that incur real costs the moment they are provisioned. For this reason they are treated as consumed upon allotment, like other digital goods delivered instantly.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date, and you will not be charged again.
- You retain full access to your plan and any remaining AI credits until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and are not refunded, exchanged, or carried forward.
Cancellation stops future charges only — it does not entitle you to a refund of charges already incurred.
4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at admin@trayarunyaventures.com within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected, and where appropriate the erroneous portion will be reversed to your original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which a payment may be returned.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing concerns can be resolved quickly by our team. Chargebacks filed on legitimate, non-erroneous charges may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining credits while the dispute is investigated.
6. Enterprise Agreements
Custom enterprise plans are governed by their individually negotiated order forms or master service agreements. Where such an agreement contains billing or termination terms that differ from this policy, the enterprise agreement prevails.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and apply to purchases made after the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
