The AI CMO room

The War Room: your AI CMO, live and steerable.

The AI CMO convenes a Design Lead, Social Strategist, Content Agent and Graphics Agent around one goal. You watch every turn as it streams, steer the next stage, veto or regenerate any concept and ask the room questions. Nothing it proposes in chat runs until you confirm it.

What the agents do

From one goal to posts that earn their place.

  1. The room

    Collect the evidence

A run starts from your goal, the autopilot schedule or a trigger. The room gathers public research, the evidence you attach and competitor moves, only from the source types and domains your policy allows.

  2. Design Lead · Social Strategist · Content · Graphics

    Debate in the open

Each specialist takes a turn with a recommendation, its reasoning and its limits. Turns stream to the desk as they happen, so you watch the thinking instead of waiting for a summary.

  3. AI CMO

    Agree one brief

The CMO writes one versioned creative brief with its concepts. A person approves it, unless the room may approve its own: Auto level, confidence above your threshold, no restricted claim and a complete specialist review.

  4. Content Agent · Creative Director

    Draft into review

Approved concepts become drafts with copy and on-brand art. Every draft is born in review, and Vera audits the exact version that would go out.

  5. The War Room

    Schedule only what passes

The room schedules a draft itself only under a standing authorization, and only when every check passes: Vera, rights, restricted claims, channel scope and a free slot. Anything else goes to a person, with the reasons.

  6. AI CMO

    Measure, keep or kill

Posts hand off to measurement. Once a concept’s posts reach 500 impressions, it is kept at +15% lift over your engagement baseline or killed at −25%, and the verdict is recorded with the decision.

What you control

You steer. The room proposes.

  • Steer any stage

Add guidance for the debate, the writer or reconcile rewrites. It applies from the next stage boundary and is recorded with your name.

  • Veto or regenerate a concept

Veto archives its drafts and cancels pending schedules; regenerate rewrites it with your guidance. Neither touches a post that is already publishing or live.

  • Confirm before chat acts

Ask the room anything. A new run, steer, veto, regenerate or resume it suggests is stored as a proposal you confirm within 10 minutes. Only pause runs at once.

  • Policy and spend ceiling

Allowed channels, daily output caps, a confidence threshold, restricted claims and a per-run spend ceiling. Tightening reaches runs already under way; loosening never widens them.

  • Standing authorization

A named, revocable grant from an owner or admin lets the room schedule on its own, optionally limited to some channels and an expiry within 180 days.

  • Pause and kill switch

Pause the room on its own, or pause all autonomy in AI Team. The room re-reads every switch before each draft it schedules.

Key capabilities

Built for a room you can trust.

  • Live, streamed turns

Each specialist’s turn, the CMO’s synthesis and every execution decision appear on the desk as they happen.

  • Triggers that reconvene it

A fresh direction every 14 days by default, plus measured creative fatigue, a watched competitor’s move, a post 40% below your baseline, or a strategy decision. At most one event-triggered session every 12 hours.

  • A needs-you queue

Brief approvals, drafts waiting on a person with the reason, Vera holds and stopped runs, counted on one badge.

  • Learning KPIs

Runs, approvals, posts the room scheduled versus routed to people, Vera’s pass rate, hit rate and lift against your baseline, concepts kept or killed, and provider cost per run.

  • A daily digest

On days the room did something, the CMO posts one summary to your team chat: sessions, drafts, scheduled posts, what waits for you, measured lift and spend. Quiet days post nothing.

  • Direction that travels

An approved direction reaches Ivy’s email and Tess’s lead-magnet briefs as voice and look, never as a source of claims.

What is the MarketiQ War Room?

The War Room is MarketiQ’s AI CMO room. The AI CMO and specialist agents research, debate and agree one creative brief, then produce drafts for review. You watch every turn live, steer it, veto or regenerate concepts, and decide what goes out.

Can the War Room publish on its own?

Only if an owner or admin grants a standing authorization and every switch allows it: the policy, the Auto level, no hold and no per-post approval rule. Even then each draft must pass Vera, rights, claim and channel checks; anything else waits for a person with the reasons.

What happens when I chat with the room?

The AI CMO answers from the room’s current state. If it suggests an action — a new run, steer, veto, regenerate or resume — the action is saved as a proposal that you confirm within 10 minutes, and the server runs exactly what was stored. Only pause can run immediately.

What does a veto do to posts already scheduled?

A veto archives the concept’s drafts and cancels their pending schedules the way the publisher would. If a post is already publishing or published, or may have reached the platform, the veto is refused and nothing changes.

How does the War Room learn?

Each concept stays in testing until its posts reach 500 impressions together. It is then kept at +15% or more lift over your engagement baseline and killed at −25% or worse, and the CMO records the verdict.

What starts a War Room session?

You can start one with a goal. With autopilot on, the room also refreshes the direction every 14 days by default, and reconvenes after measured creative fatigue, a watched competitor’s move, a post far below your baseline, or a strategy decision.
