Content brain

A content calendar that plans what you can actually post.

MarketiQ plans each week per channel from the accounts you have connected, picks post types by how they actually performed for you, drafts against your truth pack in your brand’s voice and cleans every generated hashtag, then hands each post to review.

What the agents do

How a week gets planned.

  1. Channel inventory

    Read what is live

One read of which channels can take a post right now — your connected social accounts and your owned email — with each connection’s health, so nothing is planned for a channel you haven’t connected.

  2. Calendar agent

    Choose the channel mix

The mix follows your adopted plan. Without one, it follows your confirmed industry edition, go-to-market motion, creator status and the channels you picked at onboarding.

  3. Content brain

    Plan the week

Each platform gets a week of post types — teaching, product, proof, conversation, behind the scenes — chosen from measured performance, never one your truth pack can’t support, and at most one giveaway per platform per week.

  4. Writers

    Draft in your voice

Drafts are written against the truth pack, rewritten in your brand’s voice to avoid generic phrasing, and scored by a critic. Each post records which facts it used.

  5. Hashtag guard

    Clean the hashtags

Generated hashtags lose sentence fragments, filler words and duplicates, and are capped per platform: five on LinkedIn, two on X, fifteen on Instagram, one on Threads, none on Reddit.

  6. Vera · Piper

    Hand off to review

Every post goes to review. Vera audits it, and Piper moves approved, dated posts to their channels.

What you control

The plan follows your rules.

  • Mix rules per workspace

Intent shares per platform, disabled post types, a giveaway cap of zero or one a week, and whether performance may steer the mix.

  • No false promises

A post that promises a resource is parked until its lead magnet is live, and skipped if it never goes live.

  • Your hashtags stay yours

Only generated hashtags are cleaned; hashtags you type go out unchanged.

  • Review before publishing

Agent-written posts need Vera’s pass, and you can require sign-off before anything goes live.

  • Edit anything

Edit any post before it goes out. Taking the offer out of a post drops its lead-magnet hold.

Key capabilities

Planned like a content team would.

  • Learns from real engagement

Post-type performance comes from real, non-simulated metrics, pulled toward your own average so one lucky post can’t swing the plan.

  • Variety on purpose

No post type repeats within a week, hook types vary, and posts rotate across your offerings and pillars.

  • Stable re-runs

Plans are seeded per workspace, platform and week, so re-running the planner gives you the same week.

  • Grounded in facts

Every post records which truth-pack facts it used and the version of the pack it was written against.

  • Blogs to your own site

Approved blog items publish to WordPress through the MarketiQ SEO plugin or to a Next.js site through the MarketiQ package, marked published only after every destination confirms.

How does MarketiQ decide what to post each week?

It plans each connected platform’s week from a content mix — teaching, product, proof, conversation and behind-the-scenes posts — weighted by how each post type has actually performed for you, skipping any your truth pack can’t support, with at most one giveaway per platform per week.

Will it plan posts for channels I haven’t connected?

No. The calendar reads a live inventory of your connected social accounts and owned email, and plans only channels a post can go out on.

Will the posts sound like my brand?

Drafts are written from your truth pack, rewritten in your brand’s voice to avoid generic phrasing and scored by a critic before review. Vera then checks voice, claims and platform fit.

What does hashtag hygiene mean?

Generated hashtags are cleaned before they are posted: sentence fragments, filler words and tags under three characters are removed, duplicates are merged and each platform’s cap applies. Hashtags you type yourself are left as they are.

Can it publish blog posts to my website?

Yes. Approved blog items publish to a WordPress site through the MarketiQ SEO plugin or to a Next.js site through the MarketiQ package, with SEO metadata. An item is marked published only after every destination confirms it.
