Lifecycle email

Ivy runs your email program and asks before every send.

Ivy, the email agent, plans the week from real engagement: a welcome sequence for every list, nurture for every lead magnet, a newsletter only when there is something worth sending, and careful win-backs. Every send passes a compliance gate and waits for your approval, unless an owner or admin authorizes Ivy to send.

What the agents do

Ivy’s cycle, every two hours.

  1. Ivy

    Sense

Lists and their growth, dormant subscribers, the week’s published content and its engagement, lead magnets people request, and your best send time from real opens.

  2. Ivy

    Plan the week

A welcome sequence first, nurture for every lead magnet being downloaded, at most one newsletter a week built from your best content, monthly win-backs when the dormant segment is big enough, and announcements only when there is real news.

  3. Ivy

    Draft

Plans become real newsletter, sequence, win-back and announcement drafts, a bounded number each cycle.

  4. Pre-send gate

    Check before sending

Recipient syntax, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints, your sender identity and postal address, paused mailboxes, and a working one-click unsubscribe.

  5. You · Ivy

    Ask, then send

Each launch waits for approval on Ivy’s desk and in the global Approvals inbox, where deciding either decides both, and is then sent at its approved time.

  6. Ivy

    Learn

Subject-line tests let the opens arrive and call a winner early only when one is clearly ahead; at the time limit the leader goes out, labelled not significant or low sample. Deliverability and reputation come from your real send logs.

What you control

Your list, your rules.

  • Approval by default

Every send Ivy drafts waits for a person’s approval.

  • Standing authorization

An owner or admin can let Ivy send on her own; each send is then attributed to that person.

  • Send guardrails

No send without a verified domain or connected mailbox, a sender identity and a delivery provider. A mailbox pauses itself after a bounce or complaint spike.

  • Weekly cap and domain warm-up

Ivy schedules a limited number of broadcasts a week (three by default), and while a new sending domain warms up, a campaign over the day’s cap waits for the next day.

  • Consent first

From a lead-magnet capture, only people who ticked the consent box join your list.

  • Run now or pause

Start one governed run with Run now, or pause Ivy for the workspace.

Key capabilities

Lifecycle email, run like a senior marketer would.

  • Sequences and newsletters

Welcome and nurture sequences per list and lead magnet, plus a weekly newsletter from your best published content.

  • Best send time

Sends go out at your workspace’s best weekday and hour, learned from real opens.

  • Patient A/B tests

A subject-line winner is called early only when it is clearly ahead; if the test runs out of time, the leader goes out labelled not significant or low sample.

  • Deliverability from real data

Bounce, complaint and reputation figures come from your send logs; with no observations, the grade says insufficient data instead of guessing.

  • Unsubscribe done right

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe header and a footer link.

  • Real KPIs

List growth, open and click rates, replies, deliverability score, signups from captures, and revenue where it is observed.

What does Ivy, the email agent, do?

Ivy runs your email program. She plans welcome sequences, lead-magnet nurtures, newsletters, win-backs and announcements from real engagement, drafts them, checks every send against a compliance gate, and sends only with approval or under a standing authorization an owner or admin grants.

Will Ivy email my list without asking?

Not by default. Every send waits for a person’s approval on Ivy’s desk or in the global Approvals inbox. An owner or admin can authorize Ivy to send on her own; each send is then attributed to that person.

Which email services work with Ivy?

A connected Gmail mailbox, or your verified sending domain delivered through the deployment’s email provider. Ivy won’t send without one of them, a sender identity and a delivery provider.

How does Ivy protect deliverability?

She keeps broadcasts under a weekly cap, holds a campaign over a new domain’s daily warm-up cap until the next day, pauses a mailbox automatically after a bounce or complaint spike, suppresses unsubscribes, bounces and complaints before every send, and includes a one-click unsubscribe header and footer link.

Does Ivy write newsletters from nothing?

No. A newsletter is built only from the week’s best published content, ranked by real engagement, and at most one goes out per planning week. Announcements happen only when there is real news; Ivy never invents product news.
