DOCUMENT & OBJECT TEMPLATE

Postcard

A travel postcard shown front and back — a photo of the place or project with big 'Greetings from <city>' lettering, and a stamped, postmarked back with a handwritten note — that turns a project, a show or a new location into a personal message from the road.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Postcard for posts that announce news, start a conversation or prove a point, when the message is a story or one sharp insight. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

  • A photo for the scene: your own, or one made for the post (never with words in it)

The sample shows the template’s own stand-in where the picture goes.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. City, address and date are real; the note is warm and specific, with numbers only from the copy.
  2. The note carries the insight in under 30 words; the sign-off is the brand or its crew, never an invented person.

Visual rules

  1. Front: photo of the place with 'Greetings from' script and the city in outlined, extruded condensed letters.
  2. Back: POST CARD header, handwritten note, divider, perforated brand stamp, postmark with wavy cancel, address lines.
