LIVE, ON THE DAY TEMPLATE

Roundtable

A roundtable seen from above — a round table with the topic written at its centre and a place card at every chair carrying one of the questions on the table, chairs pulled up around it, then when, how many places and who hosts. An intimate, closed-door discussion you can picture sitting at.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Roundtable for posts that start a conversation, announce news or get people to act, when the message is a list, a question or one sharp insight. It is built first to start a conversation.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The topic and every question come from the post; 3–5 short ones that fit a place card.
  2. Seats and host only as the post states them — never an invented seat count or guest.
  3. One action: asking for a seat.

Visual rules

  1. A round table in a pale brand tint seen from above with dark chairs around it; the topic in serif at its centre under a spaced 'Roundtable' label, and a white place card at each seat with one question on it.
  2. Below the table a ruled When / Seats / Host strip and the request pill; on landscape the place cards carry numbers and the questions are listed beside the table.
