Guestbook
A welcome for new members as an open guestbook on a dark ground: the brand's welcome note in italic on the left page, a ruled sign-in table under the post's own column heads on the right, a ribbon marker down the gutter and a pen resting on the page.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Guestbook for posts that start a conversation or announce news, when the message is one sharp insight or a question. It is built first to start a conversation.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.
Platforms and sizes

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- The note welcomes people in the post's own voice; it promises nothing the post does not.
- Columns ask for what the post invites people to share, never personal details like phone numbers.
Visual rules
- A dark ground; an open book on a dark brand cover with a page stack, cream pages and a soft gutter shadow, a brand ribbon marker hanging from the gutter and a dark pen with a gold clip lying across the right page.
- Left page: the welcome note in italic body type. Right page: two or three column heads over a ruled, empty sign-in table.
- Title above the book, kicker and website on top, the logo bottom-left and a brand reply pill.
