Amenities lift panel
A ride up the building, one amenity per floor: the cover is the lift lobby's floor directory, each page lights that floor's button on a brushed panel and shows its level in the lift display above the amenity's name and what it offers, and the doors open on the call to action — 'our amenities', from the lobby to the 'world-class amenities' on the roof.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Amenities lift panel for posts that get people to act or teach, when the message is a list, one product in the spotlight or several products or a menu. It is built first to get people to act.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Made for Real estate, Hospitality & travel, Healthcare, Education, Fitness & wellness. The Director offers it only to brands of that kind, so it never turns up for a business it does not suit.
Platforms and sizes

Carousel of 3–10 slides. Each size is laid out for its canvas, not cropped; the sample above is the 4:5 version.
What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Only amenities the post or brand facts name, on the floors they give; never an invented facility or timing.
- One amenity per page from the lowest floor up; the closing page asks for one visit or booking.
Visual rules
- A dark lift lobby with a soft glow from above; the cover is a brushed floor-directory panel listing every amenity beside its floor tag, top floor first, each floor's label whole.
- Each page shows a dark lift display with an up arrow and the floor, the amenity large with a note chip and its description, and a brushed button panel at the right with that floor's button lit — round buttons for short floor labels, capsules wide enough for longer ones, never a clipped label; the closing page opens two brushed doors on brand light above the call to action.
