Appointment pass
A paper 'appointment pass' on the brand colour that explains 'how to book', one step per page: the pass's stub tracks every step, each page stamps the next one with its channel — call, chat, online or walk-in — and the last page hands over the number to 'book an appointment'.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Appointment pass for posts that get people to act or teach, when the message is steps or a process or a list. It is built first to get people to act.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Made for Healthcare, Fitness & wellness, Beauty & personal care, Education, Home & living, Automotive, Hospitality & travel, Real estate · Serves customers locally. The Director offers it only to brands of that kind, so it never turns up for a business it does not suit.
Platforms and sizes
| Size | Where |
|---|---|
| 4:51080 × 1350 px | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads |
Carousel of 3–8 slides. Each size is laid out for its canvas, not cropped; the sample above is the 4:5 version.
What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Each page is one real step of how this business takes bookings, in the order the post gives them.
- Channels, numbers and timings come from the post or brand facts, links and handles from the brand facts only — never invented.
- The closing note carries the actual number or link to book on.
Visual rules
- A paper pass with a tinted header (logo, n / N), a dashed perforation with side notches and a stub whose track shows every step; the brand colour fills the ground behind it.
- Each step page sets a big step numeral, a channel chip with its icon, the step and how it works, and a rubber stamp over that step on the stub, where every step's name sits under its dot; earlier steps show ticks.
- The closing page ticks every step and gives the call to action with the booking note in a filled bar.
