LIVE, ON THE DAY TEMPLATE

RSVP card

A formal R.S.V.P. card on a linen ground — the reply-by date in italic, the gathering in bold, the date and place, two tick boxes to accept or regret, a name line and how to answer. Asks for a yes in the most familiar way there is.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the RSVP card for posts that get people to act or announce news, when the message is one sharp insight. It is built first to get people to act.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The reply-by date, event, date, place and the way to reply all come from the post.
  2. The two boxes stay generic ('Will attend' / 'Can't make it'); one of them is never pre-ticked.
  3. Keep it an invitation: no prices or offers on the card.

Visual rules

  1. A white reply card with a thin inset brand rule, lying on a brand-colour linen ground: 'R.S.V.P.' in large italic serif, 'kindly reply by' in italic, a diamond divider, the event in bold heading type and the details.
  2. Two empty tick boxes with their labels, a 'Name' line, the reply instruction in a brand pill and the logo on the card; on landscape the card opens into a left and a right half.
