In memoriam
A new feature told as a black-bordered obituary notice for the chore it kills — in memory of the old way, its years of service, what it will be remembered for — and, in the brand-tinted panel at the foot, 'survived by' the new feature by name. Says exactly what changed, with a wink the audience gets instantly.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the In memoriam for posts that announce news, entertain or teach, when the message is a contrast (this, not that) or one sharp insight. It is built first to announce news.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Mourn a chore, a tool category or an old habit — never a person, a customer or a competitor by name.
- The successor is the real feature from the post, named; 'years' only when the post gives them.
Visual rules
- A white notice with a heavy ink double border, centred like a printed obituary: italic serif notice line, the old way in large serif, mono years, a small ornament with a brand diamond and the remembrance in body type.
- A pale brand panel at the foot of the notice with 'SURVIVED BY' in brand mono caps and the new feature in the heading face; logo, button and website below the notice.
