Staff pick card
A handwritten 'STAFF PICK' card clipped to the shelf: a lined card with a stamped heart label, the product's name, why someone in the store loves it in their own handwriting and their signature — the bookshop-style recommendation that sells on trust.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Staff pick card for posts that get people to act, prove a point or start a conversation, when the message is one product in the spotlight, a quote or one sharp insight. It is built first to get people to act.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.
Platforms and sizes
| Size | Where |
|---|---|
| 4:51080 × 1350 px | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit |
| 1:11080 × 1080 px | X, Ads |
| 9:161080 × 1920 px | TikTok |
Single image. Each size is laid out for its canvas, not cropped; the sample above is the 4:5 version.
What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- The note is the recommender's own words from the post; the name is exactly as the post gives it.
- Never invent a person, a role or a quote.
- Never name a marketplace, payment or delivery app.
Visual rules
- A lined off-white card, slightly turned, held by a binder clip over a shelf with a row of coloured spines behind it.
- On the card: a stamped 'STAFF PICK' label with a heart, the price, the product name in heavy type, then the reason in handwriting in a brand ink and the signature; logo on top, a button below the shelf.
