PEOPLE AT WORK TEMPLATE

Boardroom card

A new advisor or board member as their place card at the boardroom table — a white folded name card on a dark polished table, ADVISOR (or BOARD MEMBER) in spaced capitals, the name in serif and their background, with a water glass and notepad beside it, then the post's line about them. A place at the table, literally: for a new 'board member' or a seat on the 'advisory board'.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Boardroom card for posts that announce news, prove a point or hire, when the message is one sharp insight or a story. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The seat, name and background come from the post exactly; never upgrade an advisor to a board seat.
  2. The note says what they will help with only as the post says it.
  3. No invented credentials, companies or numbers.

Visual rules

  1. A dark polished table in the deep brand colour lit from above; a white folded place card with a brand top edge stands on it with the seat in spaced mono capitals, the name in large serif and the background below.
  2. A clear water glass and a notepad with a pen sit beside the card; the welcome headline, an optional note and the website below (right on landscape) and the logo at the top.
