PEOPLE AT WORK TEMPLATE

Intern card

An intern's time with you as a loyalty-style punch card filled week by week — a card titled with the 'internship', the intern's name and role, and one inked box per week with what they did in handwriting. Shows real progress, not a headshot.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Intern card for posts that hire, start a conversation or teach, when the message is a list, a timeline or a story. It is built first to hire.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

  • A real person: a founder, a team member or a customer

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The name, role and every week's line come from the post, in order — never an invented task or result.
  2. Each week is one short, concrete thing they did ('Ran the Saturday stock count').
  3. Celebrate the person; an internship opening belongs in the hiring format.

Visual rules

  1. A white card with rounded corners on a pale brand ground: a deep brand band with the internship's title and the logo, the intern's name in heading type and their role below.
  2. A grid of dashed boxes, one per week, each with 'Week N' in the brand colour, a rotated round stamp ring and what they did in handwriting.
