DATA & PROOF TEMPLATE

Goal tracker

A goal you can watch fill: a big thermometer (a long gauge on landscape) filled in brand colour to exactly where the real figure stands against the real target, milestones ticked only where the source names them — progress shown, never a computed percentage printed.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Goal tracker for posts that announce news, prove a point or start a conversation, when the message is a number, one sharp insight or a timeline. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

  • A real number from your post or your brand facts

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Current and target are verbatim from the source, in the same unit; never print a percentage or a 'remaining' figure the source does not state.
  2. Milestones only when the source gives them; the headline says what the goal is, not how far along it is unless the source says so.

Visual rules

  1. A thermometer with an ink outline, unnumbered graduations and a brand fill drawn exactly to current ÷ target; a pointer from the fill level to the big current figure; the target flagged at the top.
  2. Milestone ticks on the other side (brand when passed, ink when ahead); landscape uses a long horizontal gauge.
