LIVE, ON THE DAY TEMPLATE

Agenda card

A running order as a printed agenda card — a framed cream card with the gathering's name in serif, the date line in italic, a small flourish and each item on a dotted line with its time; opens into a two-panel card on landscape. Lets people see the evening at a glance.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Agenda card for posts that announce news or teach, when the message is a timeline, a list or steps or a process. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Every time, item and name comes from the post, in its order — never a time the post does not give.
  2. Items are short ('Lamp lighting and welcome'), names only of people the post mentions.
  3. The note, if any, is one practical line from the post.

Visual rules

  1. A cream programme card with a double-rule border in the brand colour on a deep brand ground: a spaced 'Programme' label, the event name in large serif, the date line in italic, a small leaf flourish.
  2. Below, 3–7 rows separated by dotted rules: the time in mono in the brand colour on the left, the item in the heading face and who leads it in italic; the logo centred at the foot. On landscape the card opens into two panels: the cover left, the order of events right.
