Standby card
A broadcast 'test card' built from the brand's own colours — vertical colour bars, a test circle and a white 'PLEASE STAND BY' plate carrying the message — for a pause, a switch-over or a something-is-coming tease.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Standby card for posts that announce news or entertain, when the message is one sharp insight. It is built first to announce news.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.
Platforms and sizes

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- One plain message: what is paused, changing or coming — no hype words.
- Times and dates appear only when the post states them.
Visual rules
- Full-width vertical colour bars from the brand palette (brightest left) over the top of the frame, a thin reversed castellation strip under them and a dark ground below.
- A thin white test circle with crosshairs behind a centred white plate: a brand-colour notice band (PLEASE STAND BY) over the message in heavy centred type.
- Logo bottom left and website bottom right on the dark ground, with three small black-level patches.
