Help widget

The brand's own website with its help-chat widget open: a greeting, quick-reply chips, the visitor's question and the brand's answer — the point delivered as the reply a buyer gets the moment they ask.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Help widget for posts that teach, get people to act or start a conversation, when the message is a question, one sharp insight or steps or a process. It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The question is the one a real buyer asks before they buy; the answer is the post's point, plainly.
  2. Landscape leaves the quick replies out, so the question must stand on its own.
  3. Quick replies are short and believable, never invented features or prices.
  4. The answer carries only facts from the copy or the brand's facts.

Visual rules

  1. A clean website page with the logo in its nav bar and grey skeleton content; the help widget opens over it with a brand-coloured header (brand tile, name, status), chips, a brand bubble and the grey answer bubble.
  2. A round brand launcher button sits under the widget; the website is set small at the foot of the page.
