MESSENGERS & CALLS TEMPLATE

Pinned for the team

A 'team channel' whose pinned message is the post's point, with the short exchange that led to it underneath — what a team pins is what it agreed matters, so the reader takes it as settled.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Pinned for the team for posts that teach, start a conversation, entertain or announce news, when the message is one sharp insight, a story or a quote. It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The pinned message is the post's point in one sentence the brand would stand behind.
  2. Messages read like real team chat: short, plain, one idea each — no slogans.
  3. Square and landscape show only the first two or three messages, so the first ones must set the scene.
  4. People are roles or first names from the post, never invented people with surnames or titles.

Visual rules

  1. A white team-chat window on a pale brand ground: a channel bar, a tinted pinned banner with a brand edge, then two to four messages with initials avatars.
  2. The pinned text is the largest type on the canvas; the logo sits top-left (in the dark sidebar on landscape) and the website is set small.
