BUSINESS DECKS TEMPLATE

Method phase gates

'Our methodology' as phase gates: the cover stacks every phase as a chevron band deepening into the brand colour, and each page walks through one phase — a chevron track across the top marks where you are — with what happens, how long it takes and what the client gets. How we work, made inspectable.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Method phase gates for posts that teach or get people to act, when the message is steps or a process, a timeline or a list. It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The phases, durations and deliverables are the business's own, as the post states them, in order.
  2. Each page is one phase: what happens, how long it takes and what the client gets — no invented timelines.

Visual rules

  1. Cover: the title over a stack of chevron bands, one per phase, deepening from a pale tint to the brand colour.
  2. Content pages: a chevron track of numbered phases across the top (done ones tinted, the current one ink), the phase heading and body, and a ruled meta block with the time and the deliverable.
  3. Logo on the cover and closing page; page counter top right on every page.
