LIVE, ON THE DAY TEMPLATE

Panellists

A 'panel discussion' as the stage itself — folded name tents stand on a draped panel table, one per panellist with their name and organisation, under the panel's topic set big, with a date / time / venue strip. Shows who the 'panelists' are, and who it is 'moderated by', at a glance, the way the audience will see them.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Panellists for posts that announce news or start a conversation, when the message is a list or one sharp insight. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Every panellist's name and organisation comes from the post, in its order; never add a person.
  2. The topic is the panel's own title or a tight paraphrase of it.
  3. Mark a moderator or host only when the post says who it is.

Visual rules

  1. A panel table across the canvas: a lit table top and a pleated brand-colour skirt; on it 2–4 folded name tents, each a white card with a brand band, the panellist's name in the heading face and their organisation below.
  2. The topic sits above the table in large heading type (left of it on landscape), the logo and a 'Panel discussion' label at the top, and a ruled Date / Time / Venue strip at the bottom.
