Customer story
A three-act customer story — the problem, the turning point, the result — on a story rail, with the result highlighted (and its number when the source has one) and the customer's own words below. A story with a named customer proves the offer better than any feature list.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Customer story for posts that prove a point, get people to act or teach, when the message is a story, steps or a process or a quote. It is built first to prove a point.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs
The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.
- Real proof to show: a testimonial, a review or a result
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- A real customer and a real story from the source; the quote and names are verbatim.
- Numbers only when the source states them — otherwise leave the result number empty.
- Each act is one or two plain sentences; the turning point names what the business actually did.
Visual rules
- Customer name set big, three acts on a numbered rail (I, II, III), the result in a brand-tint card.
- The quote sits on a dark card with a brand-colour quote mark and an initials avatar — never a face.
