PEOPLE & STORY TEMPLATE

Founder's note

A short, intimate handwritten note from the founder on personal 'From the desk of' stationery, taped to a linen desk: two to four lines in their own hand and a signature with a pen flourish. Far shorter than a letter, it reads like a private word passed across the table.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Founder's note for posts that start a conversation, announce news or prove a point, when the message is one sharp insight, a quote or a story. It is built first to start a conversation.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

  • A real person: a founder, a team member or a customer

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Written by the real founder named in the source, in the first person; never invent a founder or a quote.
  2. Two to four short lines — one honest thought, thanks or promise; no sales pitch, prices or invented numbers.
  3. The signature is part of the founder's real name (first name or initials).

Visual rules

  1. A cream note card printed 'From the desk of' with the name in spaced serif capitals and a double rule, taped at an angle to a linen desk in the brand's deep shade.
  2. The note in a large handwriting face in pen ink, signed with a brand-ink flourish; logo and website on the desk (a brand band on stories).
