Team spotlight
An editorial staff profile: the team member's real photo, their name set big, role, three facts and a line in their own words. Showing the actual people who do the work makes the brand accountable and human; without a photo it falls back to an elegant initials monogram.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Team spotlight for posts that start a conversation, prove a point or hire, when the message is a story, a quote or a list. It is built first to start a conversation.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

Single image. Each size is laid out for its canvas, not cropped; the sample above is the 4:5 version.
What it needs
The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.
- A real person: a founder, a team member or a customer
- A real photo or screenshot of your product
The sample shows a text-free stand-in where the screens go; MarketiQ only ever places real screens of your own app or website.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Only a real team member named in the source; name and quote are verbatim.
- Facts are short label/value pairs taken from the copy — never estimated.
Visual rules
- The brand's real team photo, cropped to the face; never a generated or stock face.
- Name in the heading face set huge, role in brand-coloured mono, ruled fact columns, serif quote.
- Without a photo: a brand-colour panel with the person's initials as a large italic monogram.
