MESSENGERS & CALLS TEMPLATE

Read, no reply

A chat where the reader's follow-ups sit marked 'Read' with nothing after them — the silence anyone who has chased a reply knows — under a headline that names why, and the brand's fix waiting at the foot.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Read, no reply for posts that teach, entertain or get people to act, when the message is one sharp insight, a story or a contrast (this, not that). It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The headline names the real reason for the silence the copy talks about — no blame on the buyer.
  2. Messages are the follow-ups a reader really sends ('Just bumping this…'), short and believable.
  3. The fix is optional and comes only from the copy.

Visual rules

  1. A big headline over a white chat card on a pale brand ground: the contact header, the reader's brand-coloured bubbles stacked right with a small 'Read' receipt, then empty space with three quiet dots.
  2. The fix sits in a tinted strip with the brand tile at the card's foot; logo top-left, website top-right.
