Takeaways recap
A recap in a reporter's notebook: the cover is the closed notebook with the event on its label, and each page is a ruled page with one takeaway — numbered by hand in the margin, the session or time beside it, the takeaway highlighted and explained. Feels like the notes of someone who was in the room.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Takeaways recap for posts that teach, prove a point or announce news, when the message is a list, a story or a timeline. It is built first to teach.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.
Platforms and sizes
| Size | Where |
|---|---|
| 4:51080 × 1350 px | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads |
Carousel of 3–10 slides. Each size is laid out for its canvas, not cropped; the sample above is the 4:5 version.
What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Each takeaway is something the post says was said or shown at the event — no invented speakers or numbers.
- Labels name only sessions, speakers or times the post gives.
Visual rules
- Cover: a closed brand-colour notebook with a binding strip, an elastic band and a white label carrying the title; logo and counter on the cover board.
- Content pages: ruled paper with a margin rule and spiral rings along the top; a handwritten '#n' and the label in the margin, the takeaway highlighted like a marker stroke, then the body.
- Page counter on every page; the closing page has the call to action and the logo.
