PEOPLE & STORY TEMPLATE

Thank-you board

A studio corkboard pinned with three to five thank-you notes from real clients — handwritten index cards and sticky notes at easy angles, each a short verbatim quote and who wrote it, held by push pins in the brand's colours under a pinned title card. Gratitude on the wall reads as earned, not claimed.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Thank-you board for posts that prove a point or start a conversation, when the message is a quote or a list. It is built first to prove a point.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

The Director offers it only when these exist. Without them it simply picks another template.

  • Real proof to show: a testimonial, a review or a result

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Every note is a real client's words, verbatim, with their real name or initials and company as written.
  2. Keep each note short — one or two lines of thanks; the headline names where the notes come from.

Visual rules

  1. A cork board in a brand-tinted cork with granules inside a brushed aluminium frame; a cream title card pinned at the top with the kicker, the headline, the website and the logo.
  2. Index cards (brand top rule, faint ruled lines) alternating with palette sticky notes at slight angles, each held by a push pin in a palette colour; quotes in handwriting, authors in mono under a short rule.
