INFOGRAPHICS TEMPLATE

Now / next / later roadmap

A product roadmap board: three or four phases from the copy (Now / Next / Later or quarters) on a time axis with an arrowhead, each holding one to three item cards with a phase-colour stripe, the current phase lit on a tint swimlane — the reader sees what is real today and what is coming.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Now / next / later roadmap for posts that announce news, teach or get people to act, when the message is a timeline, steps or a process or a list. It is built first to announce news.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Phases and their time notes come from the copy — never invent dates or promise timelines it does not state.
  2. Items are short noun phrases a customer recognises (what they will be able to do), 1–3 per phase.
  3. Mark the phase that is live today as current; earlier phases read as done.

Visual rules

  1. A translucent ink time axis with an arrowhead: brand dot with a halo for now, ink check dots for done, ring dots for later.
  2. White item cards with a phase-colour stripe (brand now, fading tints later); the current lane sits on a tint swimlane.
  3. Columns along a horizontal axis on square and landscape; swimlanes down a vertical axis on portrait.
