Status: resolved
An incident update in the shape of a status page: a check-mark all-clear banner, the affected components each marked operational, and the update timeline — investigating, identified, resolved — with times and one plain sentence each. Owning an outage in the format customers already trust turns a bad hour into proof of reliability.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Status: resolved for posts that announce news, prove a point or teach, when the message is a timeline, a story or a list. It is built first to announce news.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Made for Software & apps, Finance & insurance, Media & entertainment. The Director offers it only to brands of that kind, so it never turns up for a business it does not suit.

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Say plainly what broke, for how long and what was done — from the post; never minimise or invent durations.
- Times and components only as the post states them; the last update is the resolution.
Visual rules
- A clean status page: a pale brand banner with a filled brand check disc and the all-clear headline; a white component grid with brand 'operational' dots.
- A ruled update timeline with the stage in the heading face and the time in mono beside a one-sentence note; logo top left, button and website at the foot.
