Maturity model
A staircase of three to five levels rising left to right — each step a block in a deepening brand ramp with its level number, and the level's name and what it looks like set on the tread above — with an optional 'you are here' pin, so readers place themselves and see the next step up.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Maturity model for posts that teach, start a conversation or get people to act, when the message is steps or a process or a list. It is built first to teach.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Levels run from the least to the most mature; names are one to three words, details one plain line each.
- Use the pin on at most one level, with a short free label ('You are here', 'Most teams', 'Target').
Visual rules
- Steps rise left to right in a tint-to-brand ramp, each with a darker tread edge, 'Level' label and numeral.
- Names and details sit on each tread, so the text climbs with the stairs; a night-coloured pin marks one level.
