WORK APPS TEMPLATE

Shared doc, resolved

A shared document with one phrase highlighted and a comment thread beside it: a teammate's doubt, the answer, and a brand 'Resolved' tick. The objection buyers raise is answered in the same place it was asked.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Shared doc, resolved for posts that teach, prove a point or start a conversation, when the message is a question, a contrast (this, not that) or a quote. It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. The highlighted phrase is copied exactly from the paragraph; the first comment questions it, the last answers it with facts from the copy.
  2. Commenters are roles or first names, never invented people; no sarcasm toward buyers.

Visual rules

  1. A white document card on paper with a mono doc title and a serif paragraph, one phrase marked with a brand-tinted highlighter and underline.
  2. White comment cards with initials (the reply indented) and a brand 'Resolved' pill; doc above and thread below on portrait, side by side on landscape; logo top-left.
