Kanban board
A three-column task board — To do, In progress, Done — where the reader's backlog waits on the left and the one card that finally lands in Done, edged in the brand colour, is the post's point.

When the AI picks it
MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Kanban board for posts that teach, announce news or entertain, when the message is a list, steps or a process or one sharp insight. It is built first to teach.
It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.
Who it’s for
Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs
Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.
Rules the AI follows
Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.
Copy rules
- Cards are short task names people really write; the Done card is the outcome the post promises, from the copy.
- No invented deadlines, owners or numbers.
Visual rules
- A white board window on a pale brand ground: a board bar, grey To do and In progress lanes with counts and small white task cards with coloured tag bars, and a full-width Done lane holding one large card edged in the brand colour with a tick (three lanes side by side on landscape).
- Logo top-left, website top-right.
