WORK APPS TEMPLATE

Form validation

A form that won't submit: the reader's old habits typed into its fields, each flagged with an error message, and the brand's way passing with a tick above the submit button. The kindest way to say 'this input isn't valid any more'.

When the AI picks it

MarketiQ’s Creative Director favours the Form validation for posts that teach, entertain or get people to act, when the message is a list, a contrast (this, not that) or steps or a process. It is built first to teach.

It reads each post’s goal and shape first, then its own words, the platform and the facts you have, and offers this template only where it fits.

Who it’s for

Any business. Nothing in it assumes what you sell, so the Director can offer it to a software company, a café or a coaching centre alike — whenever the post fits.

What it needs

Only your post. It is made from your copy and your brand kit — there is nothing else to prepare.

Rules the AI follows

Word for word from the template library. The Director follows the copy rules when it writes into the template, and the visual review checks every creative against the visual rules.

Copy rules

  1. Square shows three fields and landscape two; the passing field (the brand's way) always stays, the other errors are trimmed from the end.
  2. Error messages explain the problem in one plain line from the copy, never mocking the reader.
  3. At least one field passes: the brand's way, from the copy.

Visual rules

  1. A white form card on paper: a title bar, labelled fields — failing ones outlined dark with a warning icon and an error line, the passing one tinted and outlined in the brand colour with a tick.
  2. A brand submit button and a small 'to fix' count at the foot; logo top-left.
